Nine Questions, Not Five Fields

The property has exactly one form today. It asks for a first name, a last name, an email, a subject and a message. It does not ask for a date, a guest count, an event type, a room, a budget or a phone number, which means every enquiry starts with a phone call to find out what the enquiry was.

This one asks the nine things a coordinator needs before they can answer, and it filters the rooms live while you set the guest count.

        Catering here is exclusive and in house, cooked by the attached Elements Restaurant. Off-site catering anywhere in Cache Valley is also offered.

        06 Do You Need Guest Rooms?

        SpringHill Suites by Marriott is directly connected to the conference center and TownePlace Suites is on the same campus. There is no online block request today, so this question is how one gets started.

        07 Budget Range Optional

        The property publishes no room rental rate, no wedding package and no day-delegate rate anywhere. Telling us the range is the fastest way to get a real number back instead of a brochure.

        08 Who Are You?

        A phone number is optional, and it is the difference between an answer today and an answer on Monday.

        A name, so we know who we are writing back to.

        An email address we can reply to.

        09 Anything Else?

        A ceremony time, an audio-visual need, a dietary requirement, a grandmother who cannot manage stairs. Whatever would otherwise come up on the third phone call.

        Nothing here is transmitted. This is a concept page. The form validates in your browser, shows you what you entered, and sends it nowhere. No analytics, no third-party script, no cookie.

        What A Planner Cannot Do On The Live Site Today

        Each of these is a measured fact about the property's current website, not an opinion about it.
