The property's own site has no weddings page. Weddings are the single most-referenced event type in its copy and its metadata, and the address /weddings returns a 404. This is that page.
The Local Shape
Reception Does Not Mean Dinner
Cache County is about 64 percent Latter-day Saint, the second-highest concentration of any United States county over 10,000 residents. The dominant wedding here is not a seated dinner. It is an open house: a temple ceremony earlier in the day, a luncheon for close family and friends, and then an evening reception where guests come and go past a receiving line, with cake and punch rather than a plated meal. The invitation often says when the line ends.
There is also a growing set of couples in this valley who want the seated dinner instead. Both are normal. Neither is the correct one.
That matters for capacity, because a three-hour open house with 300 people through the door is a different operational thing from a 120-cover plated dinner. The property publishes seated banquet-round capacities only. A flowing capacity for the same room is higher, and we will not invent the number: ask, and it gets answered by someone who has run the room.

Most weddings here move through the building rather than sitting in one room, and the leaf marks are how you keep track of where you are.
Mahogany-Redwood
The Reception
Mahogany-Redwood combined is the largest event space in the building at 304 with banquet rounds, and it divides in two at 128 each if the guest list is smaller than the room.
Grand Reception Hall
The Welcome
The stone fireplace and the stair, most often used as the arrival and receiving space for an event that lives elsewhere in the building. No capacity is published for it.
Bridal Suite
The Morning
Directly upstairs from the Grand Reception Hall. Hair, makeup, the dress, and the last hour before the aisle.

Season
When It Books & When It Happens
Peak runs June through September, heaviest in July and August. Late September into early October is the other good window, because that is when the maples low in Logan Canyon turn and then the aspens above Tony Grove follow.
The genuine outdoor season is late May to late September. We will not sell you the Birch Courtyard in February.
Winter is when summer books. January, February and March are the inquiry months, and by the time the snow is off the bench most of the good Saturdays are gone.
Drinks
The Bar, Stated Plainly
Receptions in this valley are commonly dry, and that is the normal path here rather than the exception. Punch, lemonade and an Italian soda bar at $4.50 per person are what most of this market asks for. A dirty soda bar carries a server fee of $25 per hour.
A hosted or cash bar is available. Beer and well liquor are $8, select $9, top shelf $10, and wine is $10 a glass. Every bar carries a bartender fee of $25 per hour per bartender, a $50 setup fee per bartender, and either a 20 percent tip on a hosted bar or a $60 tip on a non-hosted one. A minimum alcohol purchase of $300 is required.
All prices are the property's published 2026 to 2027 figures. A 20 percent service charge and tax are not included in them, and they are subject to change.

Room To Move
Utah has the largest average household in the nation and the highest birth rate. Assume grandparents and toddlers at the same table, because that is who is coming.
The Luncheon Is Its Own Event
Midday, family only, usually 20 to 60 people. The Cherry holds about 24 with rounds and the Poplar holds 40. Almost nobody in Logan markets to this and it happens every week in season.
